This patient had a nasal filler removal surgery and revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Jin Hong Ryul. 

Hyaluronic acid filler is easily removed, but Non-resorption filler needs removal surgery. 

Since filler removed, nasal bridge augmentation needs. 

In this case, autologous material is best option.
