This is a before & after of L shaped silicone removal and revision rhinoplasty.
This lady had an L-shaped nasal silicone on her nasal bridge and tip.
The nose looks too long and tip is overprojected.
Her nasal tip skin is thin, red, and she often feels pressure and pain sense on the tip and bridge.
She decided to have revision rhinoplasty but did not want to go back to her original nose shape which was short and flat.
Dr. Jin Hong Ryul replaced her nasal silicone implant to her rib cartilage.
The radix has been lowered a little and the tip has been caudally rotated slightly.
Tip projection decreased and her nasal bridge maintained the current height.
Her profile looks much natural than before.
