Today, I am going to show a case of rhinoplasty after nasal filler removal.

This lady had a nasal hump removal, and got filler injection on her nose bridge a years ago.

However, She did not like her own nose. Because her nasal bridge was too high (especially between eyes), and nose tip was not high enough with rounded shape.

Therefore, She decided to have a rhinoplasty with Dr. Cho Bae-Jung

Dr. Cho removed all her nasal filler (dissolving), and then made her nasal bridge using dermis, and nasal tip using donated rib cartilage.

After nose reshaping surgery, her nose look natural, and her facial profile has improved.

Furthermore, Her lip was protrude before. After rhinoplasty, her lip does not look like protruded that much.

Filler injection on nose is common between Korean.

Because it is a simple procedure. And cheaper then rhinoplasty.

And it will naturally disappear within one year. So if you don’t like result, you just need to wait a time or can remove using dissolving injection.

But when use illegular nasal filler in an improper way, and can not removed by dissolving injection. It can make serious side effect.

If happened this problem, you should remove them in a surgical way as earlier as possible.
